Folio 001 · Dual-exposure cartography
Intelligence they prefer unindexed.
The open library observes the decorum of conventional longevity publishing. Bio Bible does not. It is a dual-exposure cartography drawn against the enzymatic and organelle lesions of methamphetamine and tobacco. Two cards are disclosed. The remainder is sold as a monograph.
Harm reduction notice
No supplement stack eliminates the damage caused by methamphetamine or tobacco. This protocol minimizes damage using the best available science. Addressing the source is the only path to genuine longevity.
The mandate
Nine tiers, 40 compounds.
The monograph is organised by lesion, not by marketing category. Each tier answers a specific failure mode of the dual-exposure profile.

Disclosed folio
Two cards, in full.
Both are drawn from Tier II — Oxidative Fire Suppression — and both are already published in the open library in longer form. They are disclosed as a pairing because the substrate leg and the recycling leg do not make their argument alone.
GlyNAC (Glycine + NAC)
NODE · GCLC / GCLM — glutamate-cysteine ligase subunits
DOSE · 600 mg glycine + 600 mg NAC each morning
The chemistry all runs through one group: the cysteine thiol (–SH). That sulfhydryl is the reactive end of glutathione — the site that donates electrons to neutralize oxidants and cycles between reduced (GSH) and oxidized (GSSG) states. Glycine and glutamate complete the tripeptide, but the thiol is what does the redox work, which is why cysteine availability — supplied here as NAC — is so often the rate-limiting factor.
R-Alpha Lipoic Acid (R-ALA)
NODE · GSSG → GSH disulfide reduction, via the thioredoxin pathway
DOSE · 300 mg with a fat-containing breakfast; stabilized R-form only
The mitochondrial respiratory chain produces ROS as a byproduct of ATP synthesis. Without ongoing recycling, oxidized antioxidants pile up — vitamin C becomes dehydroascorbate, vitamin E becomes the tocopheroxyl radical, and glutathione (GSSG) accumulates. R-ALA interrupts this at every level simultaneously.
Acquisition
The remainder is sold as a monograph.
40 compounds across nine tiers, each with its dose, its molecular node, its synergy mandate, and its chronobiology. Two cards are disclosed above. The full folio, its damage cartography, and its seven priority synergy stacks are the monograph.
ACQUISITION NOT YET OPEN — the monograph’s checkout is not configured in this environment. No payment can be taken and no folio is served.
Clinical prudence
This folio is educational and is not medical advice. Discuss any protocol with a physician before starting it, particularly where stimulant exposure, cardiovascular strain, or hepatic load is involved, and particularly alongside prescribed medication. Establish a baseline blood panel first and retest on a defined interval rather than by feel.
Evidence tiers shown on the disclosed cards follow the grading published at /trust/methodology. Tier B means the human outcome data does not yet exist at Tier A strength — it is stated, not hidden.
